This server is part of a centralised outbound relay pool used exclusively to deliver legitimate mail generated by our own hosting customers. Traffic types handled:
Transactional mail of hosted domains (signup, password reset, invoices, order confirmation, support replies).
Personal and business mail from mailboxes on our managed hosting platforms (CyberPanel, cPanel, Plesk).
Opt-in notifications explicitly requested by end users of our hosted sites.
We do not run bulk marketing newsletters, cold email campaigns or list rentals from this host.
Anti-abuse controls
All outbound mail flows through a central Proxmox Mail Gateway with SpamAssassin + ClamAV + heuristic scoring before leaving our network.
SPF / DKIM (2048-bit) / DMARC published for every sending domain; DKIM signing is centralised.
Feedback loops enrolled with Microsoft (JMRP/SNDS), Yahoo, Google Postmaster Tools, Comcast, La Poste.
Automated bounce and complaint processing; offending accounts are suspended on first confirmed incident.
Matching forward & reverse DNS; every relay IP has consistent PTR under sender[1-5].soporteclientes.net.
TLS 1.2+ on inbound and outbound SMTP; MTA-STS and TLS reporting published for our domains.
Reporting abuse
If you have received unwanted mail from an IP operated under *.soporteclientes.net, please forward the full message including all headers to abuse@soporteclientes.net. We act on every report and publish handling results back to the reporter on request.
